I had gone through several different lawyers on my case regarding a DUI initially I was charged with assault on a police officer resisting arrest as well as an unlawful position. Kayla took on my case and was super polite, and immediately made me feel at ease. Mine was a dui case, and she immediately started looking for “holes” in the prosecutor’s case, and found many. The prosecutor offered a plea deal, where I would take a negligent driving charge, instead of a dui, which ...is a a much lesser charge, so I took the plea.
