I had gone through several different lawyers on my case regarding a DUI initially I was charged with assault on a police officer resisting arrest as well as an unlawful position. Kayla had found many motion issues that none of the other lawyers found because they never even took the time to actually ...look into the circumstances regarding my case. Kayla went through my case with a fine tooth comb and because of her diligence she was able to put me into a position that allowed us to negotiate a better resolution such as the DUI charge only thanks to her all other potential charges were dropped she is kind compassionate and very caring towards others as well as the importance of her role in relation to her job title. Kayla took on my case and was super polite, and immediately made me feel at ease. Mine was a dui case, and she immediately started looking for “holes” in the prosecutor’s case, and found many. The prosecutor offered a plea deal, where I would take a negligent driving charge, instead of a dui, which ...is a a much lesser charge, so I took the plea.
