When it comes to what I can offer my clients, it boils down to three things: integrity, experience, and results. I help companies and people solve problems. I tailor my work to the specific needs and budget of my clients.
I have been practicing law for 25 years. I have handled a great variety of cases including, but not limtied to: breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, noncompetition provisions, real property disputes, partnership disputes, corporate dissolutions, property damage, and taxation issues. I focus on clients who are active in Southwest Washington throughout Clark, Skamania, and Cowlitz counties, and beyond.
I have successfully tried many cases in state and federal courts, and I have handled dozens of arbitrations and mediations. I also has extensive experience at the appellate level.

Steve has the rare ability to make legal issues sound interesting. He is a quick study, and his writing is very persuasive. I would not hesitate to recommend him for appellate work, or for litigation.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I have referred multiple clients to Steve. All have been happy with the representation. One client in particular was a family member of a college friend. That client had multiple lawyers before who didn't deliver. Steve did and my friends entire family was grateful and thankful to have the lawsuit behind them.

Steve Turner is an exceptionally capable attorney in the area of real property dealing with construction defect, environmental issues, and land use conflicts. I have worked with Steve for the past four years in the George and Donald Simpson American Inns of Court and have been very impressed with his professionalism and integrity.
