I have never had an attorney so knowledgable about so much. She kept in contact with me on every issue and responded to all of my inquires immediately. She handled a protection order (anti-harassment) with success, and great comfort to me. I did not have to deal with the respondent at all, she too...k care of everything.

Josephine was appointed GAL by the judge in my custody case. I was not sure what to think at first, but after she interviewed my children, me, and my ex-husband it was clear that she was definitely looking out for what was best for my children. She listened to what they had to say and they trusted ...her completely to do what was best for them. when i started going to josephine, i was not sure how it was going to go. at first i was not happy, but when we first went to court and i saw that she was infact fighting for me, i was very impressed, she started making me feel like she was on my side. and she realized how uncapable my ex was of r...aising our children and continued kicking ass in court. after that she continued to fight up to my expections. unfortunately we had an issue half way through and she dropped me. i do wish she would have let me know about the issue we had and would have previously told me that if it was going to be an issue she would not put up with it. and i definately would have watched my step a little better. thank you for taking my case and i appoligize.
