County requested legal action

A totally unjustified law suite was filed by PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center specifying that I needed a full time guardianship person to manage and control my entire estate. This legal action was taken immediately after I requested immediate termination of my hospital stay. The request was made 1. Because they repeatedly refused to clarify my medical problem. 2. During my two week stay, I NEVER was allowed out of bed to walk, etc. for exercise. 3. I consistantly complained about the quality of food provide. I demanded release from the hospital.

Jennifer is very friendly and professional. She answered all my questions and concerns with exceptional knowledge. She gave an honest assessment of various risks that I raised and sensible approaches to how she would be mitigating them. Her billing was very detailed and reasonable. She demonstrated an efficient process in meeting all the legal requirements, even contacting a family member we thought would be impossible to find. Now that my father's estate has been resolved, my wife and I will be returning for our own estate planning. I give her my highest possible recommendation!

Best person and laywer in town.

Jenifer help me through the probate which involved my husband’s adult children. Case final in 0ctober 2017. I am foreigner live in the state for 4 years when my husband passed away after a month fighting with lung cancer. We have a common son and i have a teenage daughter. When this happened my life was totally upside down. Without jenifer help i could not make it through those difficult day.

Jennifer operates with integrity and her genuine personality makes difficult experiences more manageable. I sought Jennifer's help after my father passed away suddenly from cancer. Sadly, I had found myself in a painful situation with another family member because his 401k had not updated since I was 5 years old. Jennifer was honest, saying my case was going to be difficult due to ERISA, but her sound judgement, analytic skills, communication and not to mention perseverance, helped me reach a settlement. Jennifer Nugent has my highest recommendation and endorsement, I can't thank her enough for her help and kindness during such a difficult time.

I hired Jennifer for a fairly complicated case, and she exceeded my expectations. She got everything done in a timely manner Any time i had any questions she was quick to answer them, and was very professional. Going to court was a lot less stressful with her on my side. Huge help in my time of need

I don't know what I would have done without Jennifer's help. Taking on guardianship for my father was a big decision and having someone so knowledgeable about all aspects of the roll was amazing. Even other " one off situations", she was always willing to lend a hand and have answers. I didn't know anything about guardianship and every silly question was answered with such understanding kindness. She has gone above and beyond for me and I will be forever grateful for her. She will work so hard for you and also be a good listener when you need it. She is a rockstar in her roll and i will recommend her to everyone I know.

Professional with a heart!

Jennifer was wonderful to work with on our father's probate. She took the time to explain everything that seemed overwhelming. She was compassionate to our grief after our loss too, this meant a lot to us as we didn't want one of those "bloodsucking" kind of attorneys. We never felt like she was in it for the money, just to help our family through a difficult time. Thanks!! Highly recommend Jennifer Nugent!
