Exceptional Attorney, Amazing Person

I found myself in Elizabeth’s office in 2017 with my newborn son. She has been there for us since and I cannot even begin to describe how all around wonderful she is! She is the most intelligent individual I know, very respected, and she genuinely CARES. She tackles every situation with the utmost of... logic and preparedness. She takes heart in achieving the best results for your case and most importantly for your children. Words could never explain how grateful I am for Elizabeth, Leslie, and the rest of her amazing team. If you are looking for an experienced, professional, devoted attorney, I cannot recommend Elizabeth Christy enough. She is truly one in a million!

AMAZING!!!

I hired Elizabeth to help me with the custody of my son in 2010. I cannot say enough good things about her! She explained the process all the way until the end, eased my mind, and fought for the best possible outcome for my son and myself. Since we filed the final parenting plan, she has been there f...or me to answer questions regarding my case, walked me through the process of filing relocation, and has given me great legal advice and quick responses when I have emailed her with questions. I honestly don’t think there are enough stars on here to give her the rating that she deserves! I would definitely recommend her to anyone going through this type of situation!

Symapthetic and Caring

I consulted with Elizabeth during a difficult time in my marriage about what my options were. She was very understanding, supportive and through. She did a wonderful job explaining the options and how the law works in deciding custody and financial arrangements. I found her to be very caring and symp...athetic, yet strong and determined to fight for what not only what is right but what is best for her clients and their children.

Second to None

I can't say enough good things about Elizabeth! As a father fighting for child custody, she confidently and candidly explained every step of the process and intuitively knew what the outcomes would be: each and every time! She would correspond by e-mail or text at midnight or take the time to talk... at ANYTIME. Elizabeth truly understood the hardships that I was enduring, but she always remained grounded while my emotions were impacting my decisions or actions. To all those dedicated fathers out there seeking solid representation in either divorce of child custody issues, Elizabeth is second to none!

Superior representation

We first retained Elizabeth for parenting plan modification in 2011 after meeting with several different lawyers in the area. From the start Elizabeth put us at ease with her knowledge and confidence and we felt right away that she was the right person to represent us. She made the court process easy... to manage and kept us up to date on any new challenges or questions regarding our case, while also managing costs. Since 2011, we have had to return to court several times and there is no-one else we would go to for our needs. During our most recent court case she navigated us through a rather complex case including child support, post-secondary support, and parenting plan modification. During this time, we were able to work also with her associate Jeremy who did an excellent job working with all the information we gave him and helping to construct a concise and professional statement for the courts. She was always efficient about keeping us informed and responding to our questions and concerns. She was upfront and honest about expectations and did not “over-promise” what we knew would be a difficult case. Despite this, she fought hard for us and in the end we are extremely happy with the result. She will not allow herself to be pushed around or manipulated by opposing counsel, and will not get flustered by their inappropriate comments, accusations or requests. We all know that divorce and custody disputes can be quite emotional and ugly, and it was a relief to have representation that put professionalism as a priority while at the same time ensuring that all of the pertinent information is provided for the court. We have also been able to view Elizabeth represent us in court on several occasions during this case, as well view several other attorneys in the area, and I can say in full confidence that we chose correctly and had the very BEST attorney to represent us. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to her firm, in fact we already have!
