Needed some help

My daughter was in an accident after our ice storm. From her explanation, the road was black ice, problem was she did not know until she spinned on it. She did not hit any cars, just a concrete barrier. An officer arrived, said he expected the accident would eventually have occurred due to the con...ditions. He then proceeded to cite my daughter with going to fast for the conditions rather than let it go. I asked Bret for some assistance. He looked at the case and said it would be taken care of. He mentioned a couple of things the officer failed to do and that the ticket would be dismissed. Just as he promised, I recieved a text from Bret the case was dismissed. I can't say enough of how impressed I was with Bret. Though this was only a traffic ticket, it meant a lot with regards to my daughter's insurance.

Dismissed

My spouse was involved in an unfortunate accident that was completely out of her control that left our vehicle totaled. The officer stated to her that she would not be cited. A week later, an infraction came by mail for failing to observe driving conditions. Bret Woody got this dismissed. Thank you!!...
