Perfect Candor and Support

Bret was ALWAYS available by cell and email, even after hours helping me research documents and details for my young adult son. We hired Bret to help “close outstanding cases” in Puyallup’s Municipal Court. My son had several older, overlapping cases. Each was handled by a different Public Defender, ...and quite frankly the collective whole was a disorganized mess. The court process had been frustrating, tedious and not timely. Having Bret’s succinct focus and matter of fact clarity gave me a true burst of confidence that “all of this could finally be behind us.” Bret got everything taken care of in ONE appearance. Case dismissed!!

Mr. Woody took on my case knowing my circumstances and did everything in his power to make sure I was in the clear. He went above and beyond and my case was dismissed. I highly recommend him and would hire him again no questions asked

Client Focused & Relentless

I would be serving jail time for a DOL mistake on my driving record if Bret Woody had not been representing me. He is ethical, understanding, truly cares about his clients and will not let up until he’s satisfied with the outcome. I had just about given up and agreed to accept a charge that would hav...e come with probation violations including 60days of jail time, but Bret Woody took the time to look over my driving record and partnered with the DOL to correct my driving record! The charge was dropped to a civil infraction which was the true charge I should have received in the first place! Super grateful I found and retained him. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Impossible possible!

Lewis County, WA placed a bench warrant due to a noncompliance with the conditions of my release for a DUI in a result of not receiving notice to appear due to moving out of state.
