Professional & Effective

This is my second time working with Mr. Woody on a speeding ticket. Both times he handled everything for me and followed through with what he said he would do. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Defense in Dui and Dol hearing.

Brett Woody represented me in my dui and dol hearings. Mr. Woody did a great job reviewing the facts of my case and was able to provide the best results! He fought with conviction! He was able to get my dui dropped down to a negligent 1 driving ticket. He was also able to have dol consider the fact t...hat the police officer did not pull me over with probable cause. Dol Found there was not enough evidence to restrict my license in anyway. My license is in good standing and is not restricted. Mr. Woody is a great lawyer and has the best interests for your case. Very professional and personable! Would recommend to anyone!

Great job!

I hired Brett to work with my son to resolve an overdue warrant and some old traffic issues. Honestly, he got him a better deal than I ever expected. He received no jail time and two small fines. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thanks Brett!!!

Professional, Straight forward and Compassionate

We have used Bret on several occasions for traffic violations and recently to assist us with some legal matters the took place with our children when they were in their early adolescence. He was very informative in how we should pursue these issues, taking into consideration the economic and resulta...nt conclusion to the legal matter at hand. While reviewing my son's record he noted a problem with a recent violation which could have resulted in a suspension of his CDL. Bret not only was able to petition the court and turn this situation around but was able to get a deferral on this violation. He is continuing to work with us on the earlier mentioned issues and I plan on continuing to use Bret in the future when needed.
