Perfect Candor and Support

Bret was ALWAYS available by cell and email, even after hours helping me research documents and details for my young adult son. We hired Bret to help “close outstanding cases” in Puyallup’s Municipal Court. My son had several older, overlapping cases. Each was handled by a different Public Defender, ...and quite frankly the collective whole was a disorganized mess. The court process had been frustrating, tedious and not timely. Having Bret’s succinct focus and matter of fact clarity gave me a true burst of confidence that “all of this could finally be behind us.” Bret got everything taken care of in ONE appearance. Right down the list, tidy, clear, and freeing. My son took a deep breath and said he finally felt like he could move forward with his life. Bret is a 5 Star Attorney.

Brett has always been amazing!

I was introduced to Brett by my boyfriend, when I received a traffic ticket. I immediately reached out to Brett and got a very quick response. I let him know what the situation was so that he was able to get some background and information on the ticket. Brett assured me that he would get it taken ca...re of! After scheduling the court date, I heard back from him and he was able to get it dropped, which of course was super helpful (since I didn't want a speeding ticket on my record). Even though he's in Olympia, he has always been willing to come to Seattle to go to court for me. Brett has been nothing but amazing to work with and he's always my go to lawyer. Since my first time reaching out to him, he's taken care of a couple other tickets for me, each time having a great outcome. I would definitely recommend using Brett to anyone who needs a lawyer, not just for speeding tickets!

Best attorney out here

There was a situation that we were dealing with so I decided to contact Bret. He immediately answered the phone and scheduled a time to meet up with me even though it was the weekend. After speaking with him I retained his services and he was very upfront and explained his approach to handling the ...situation. After two court appearances he did exactly what he said he would and all charges were dropped. Keeping in mind that he constantly stated that he could make no promises but would do whatever he could to get the results we discussed. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would and definitely will call him again if I need anything.
