Gun Rights Restored

Some time back I filed for a concealed weapon permit. To my surprise it was declined do to non expiring restraining order for my divorce decree 16 years earlier. I contacted a number of Lawyers that weren’t comfortable handling the case. That all changed after I contacted Bret Woody. I explain...ed to Bret what I was trying to get accomplished and he took it from there. Bret made time to explain to me his game plan as well as keeping me updated on the status/progress of my case. Ultimately Bret was able to amend the divorce decree to put an end date on the restraining order, thus restoring my gun rights. All this was accomplished quickly and At what I feel was a very reasonable rate. I couldn’t be happier. Great job Bret.

Speeding Ticket in Lewis County

There were some hiccups in the beginning,but Brent pulled through and proved himself an outstanding lawyer. Only wanted the citation off my record, but Brent got it dismissed completely. 10/10 would hire again.

Got my speeding ticket downgraded

He was able to go to court for me and get my ticket downgraded to a non-moving violation. Very thankful for that.

Subject Matter Expert
