Brilliant Attorney

I obtained Bret's service to represent my daughter for a speeding ticket. He kept us informed during the process and made us aware of the best and worst case scenario. The end resulted in Bret getting the ticket dismissed. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing legal representation.

I hired Bret to handle my DWI case. He was always available to answer any questions I had about my case, day or night. He was always punctual and prepared for all my court dates ensuring I understood what was happening throughout the whole process. My case was dropped and resubmitted at a lesser char...ge. He was able to help me to express my concerns to the court. I hope I never need a lawyer again but if I do I would defiantly contact Bret as he has a wide range of knowledge as well as a passion for helping his clients.

Very Professional, Prompt & Affordable. I would definitely hire him again!!

Wow, Great Results!

I hired Bret Woody this month on 2 speeding tickets that I received, both within two weeks of each other and while I was responding to family emergencies. Neither officers were the slightest bit interested in my emergencies, nor offered any assistance. I called Bret Woody, he took my cases immediat...ely and as of Sept. 15th 2015 my tickets are gone and no more. Nothing will go on my driving record and my insurance will not go up one penny. I'm very thankful, Thank you Mr. Woody.

I highly recommend Bret. He has been passionate about criminal defense even before law school and I had the privilege to attend SU law with him. Having taken classes with Bret, and having seen him in court I can only say that if you are looking for a criminal defense attorney who is not afraid to go ...the extra mile for his clients, he is your guy!
