Over and beyond!

I honestly couldn't put into words what Mr. Woody did for me and my family. He went over and beyond when He traveled over 2 1/2 hours to come to my arrangement. It was my first time in jail and I was terrfied, scared and had no idea what to do or expect. Not only did he take every minute to figure ou...t my case but he truly spent so much time reassuring me it will be ok. He was extremly upfront telling me the worst and best case scenarios. Never, ever, did I feel like he was trying to tell me what I wanted to hear or rip me off. He is incredibly inteligent and incredibily knowledgeable with the law. I'll never forget how respected he was by the prosecuting and judge in my case. In my case which was a DV charge you rarely see it completely 100% dismissed and on the last day I stood infront of the judge while He completely dismissed it and said "good luck" while smiling. This was not how he handled all 7 cases before me. I truly believe Mr. Moody was the reason and I'm so thankful for all his hard work and I extremely recommend him!

Amazing..

I hired Bret to help me with my case and he took his time to explain what my options were and didn't make me feel embarrassed ..I was so comfortable with him and how he would take care of my case that I left his office with a feeling of everything will be ok!! He kept me informed every step of the ...way and when everything was done we got the results we wanted .. If I ever need an attorney again he will be my first and only call... Bret was available all hours if I need him I couldn't be any happier with the service he gave me! Thank you Bret

I should keep Bret on retainer.

Bret took care of my Firearm Rights Restoration last year. He clearly explained the process of the Petition and and every step up until the Order was granted. Got me back on track very quickly. I will definitely come to Bret with any further legal needs.

Pleased with Bret

I hired Bret to represent my daughter in a Domestic Violence case (with no previous) that was falsely stacked against her and we were concerned. She had to spend a night in jail and Bret worked late to get her out. He knew what he was doing and presented himself well in court in front of the judge. B...ecause he could not get the case dismissed right away he took her case to trial. A few days before trial the case was thrown out. We were very thankful, relieved, and pleased with the work that Bret did and my daughter has been able to start a new life.

Professional Service

I hired Bret Woody to represent me for a speeding ticket. He handled everything and was able to get the ticket dismissed so nothing is on my driving record and my insurance rates have not been affected. I appreciated the professional and hassle-free service. I hope I don't need to hire Bret in the... future, but wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if needed.
