From one lawyer to another

I'm a fellow attorney in the community and have a lead foot. Bret's assisted me with my numerous moving violations and gotten all of them dismissed. Bret has also helped me out with a prior conviction on my record from many many years ago that was still haunting me. Specifically, my gun rights still ...needed to be restored in WA. Because of Bret, I can now resume enjoying an activity that I have been unable to for way too long. If you hire Bret I promise you he will go above and beyond the call of duty.

Best Ever!!

Brett is a fantastic lawyer. Actually, he’s the best I ever used! He’s very hard working, responsive, priced fairly and one of the best in the business! He got a speeding ticket for 20mph over completely dismissed!

Highly Recommend!

I recently used Bret for a traffic infraction I received in Thurston County. Bret kept in contact throughout the process which took longer than normal due to Covid. Bret was able to get my traffic infraction dismissed! I highly recommend Bret to anyone looking for legal representation!

Great advice! Refused to take my money!

I had a question on trying to get information on post conviction time recalculation and Mr. Woody was up front and honest with me about not being that seasoned with post convictions. He gave great advice and even provided resources! In my experience in this process Mr. Woody went above and beyond.

Honest & Effective

When I contacted Bret Woody- I was in complete crisis. Police were coming to my place of residence for a charge I knew nothing about. Bret went above and beyond defending me from day 1. Even before hiring him, He helped prevent me from being violently and illegally taken into custody. The allegations... made were serious and DV enhanced. Bret understood my anxiety and took the time to meet up locally to hear my side of the case. I appreciated how upfront he was about how he could help me. Turns out I had 2 cases pending against me.
