I got my 3rd dui and was mentally and emotionally in the dumps, i spoke and met with brett and he made me feel comfortable and that i had someone who was gonna get down to business and fight for my rights, And that's exactly what he did ! He worked with me on payment plan and always kept me informed ...and messaged me before court dates. He made me feel like he wanted me there more than i did at times, all around good guy and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lawyer who actually wants you out of trouble more than making money !

I was referred to MR. Woody by a family member who retained him as their legal counsel and was very satisfied with his services and the outcome of their case. I found him to be very personable, you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. He made himself available any time I had questions or ...concerns, he kept me informed throughout the whole process and best of all won my case. Great attorney and nice person

Recently my son was accused of some very serious crimes. We consulted and then hired Bret Woody. He has proven to be knowledgeable, responsive, patient, available, and very hard working. He arrives in court completely prepared, and stands up to the prosecution with knowledge of the law and a penc...hant for justice. He has passion for his work and it shows. He got my son’s case dismissed. This has had a dramatic and positive impact on my son’s life and future.
