An absolute force of a trial attorney

An absolute bulldog of an attorney and a force in trial. The man knows what he's doing and is worthy of your trust. Had a case drag out and go nowhere with a public defender. Bret jumped into the case and provided 1st class counsel. If he does not immediately respond to emails or calls, do not be dis...couraged. You can be sure he has considered questions and concerns and will have a response ready for you. The man has called me during vacations, extended trips, while sick, and during layovers. He always had my concerns and affairs in mind regardless of his personal circumstances. Expertly presented motions at hearings and was absolutely stellar during direct and cross examination at trial. My case, after dragging out for over a year, was dismissed after a few hours of Mr. Woody working his magic during trial. The prosecutor nearly cried in open court upon hearing the results. She thought she had a slam dunk, but Bret brought her back to reality and humbled her greatly. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Most Majestic Law Man

Bret is seriously the best lawyer, and I am like the worst client. He deserved this review a long time ago but being the patient and regal lawyer that he is, he still takes my steady stream of business with grace. I have hired Bret to help me with several traffic tickets for myself, my husband, a...nd my MIL. Every time he comes through and works his magic. He's like a wizard! He is always prompt to answer calls or texts, he is very honest and will tell you how things be, and his rates are extremely reasonable. The first time I hired Bret, I felt comfortable right away and he eased my fears. He explained the processes, how things would go, and what to expect for a timeline of events. Bret is very professional and very relatable. He does amazing work. I even had a situation outside of his practice area where he calmed me down and made suggestions for colleagues who could better support my needs. I will always go t Bret first for any and all of my many lawyer related needs and you should too. Any time I get the chance, I recommend Bret. Bret is awesome, hardworking, gets the results you want, and is just generally dope af. Worth.

This man got it done

Brett did an amazing job for me, I was charged with four felonies for domestic violence and breaking a restraining order, I was facing some serious jail time, The case took over two years to resolve Brett managed to keep me out of custody and I was able to stay employed, when it was res...olved I was just facing some home monitoring which really isn’t a big deal, In a few months I’ll be completely free of this whole mess and I’m looking forward to getting on with my life can’t thank you enough Brett Woody, I would recommend you to anyone.

Great Rapport

I contacted Mr. Woody because of a check fraud case. He was very reassuring and put me at ease. I know I can rely on him if needed in the future. I feel very confident by just one phone call that he’s totally competent and reliable.
