Honest & Effective

When I contacted Bret Woody- I was in complete crisis. Police were coming to my place of residence for a charge I knew nothing about. Bret went above and beyond defending me from day 1. Even before hiring him, He helped prevent me from being violently and illegally taken into custody. The allegations... made were serious and DV enhanced. Bret understood my anxiety and took the time to meet up locally to hear my side of the case. I appreciated how upfront he was about how he could help me. Turns out I had 2 cases pending against me. He reassured my confidence by sharing knowledge of his experience defending cases like mine. It was authentic and not rehearsed. If you are honest with him, and do your part- Bret WILL go to battle for you and ask the hard questions to uncover the facts for your case. When it comes to needing realistic legal defense, Bret is a solid human being and not just a cog in the court machine. I have no idea where my cases wouldve ended up if I hadn't chosen Bret Woody. If you get a chance to see this buddy- Thank you for believing in my innocence and helping me get all alleged criminal charges dismissed.

Highly Recommended

I was in a position where I felt like I was being falsely accused and had charges with a misdemeanor. In my frustration, disappointment, and bad mental state Attorney Woody made it clear and reassured that he would do the best to his capabilities. Empathized with everything that I was going through, ...showed a caring a compassionate side with the community. First time I seen actual representation! Great communication, five steps ahead the opposition, great ethics, highly professional, authoritative, experienced, and knowledgeable. Totally would recommend.

Criminal case

Me and my husband caught ourselves in a really bad situation. We hired Bret Woody and without him I don’t know where we would have ended up with our case. He was there for us not just for our case but emotionally he really cares about his clients. He did everything he said he would and more.
