Gun Rights Restored

Some time back I filed for a concealed weapon permit. To my surprise it was declined do to non expiring restraining order for my divorce decree 16 years earlier. I contacted a number of Lawyers that weren’t comfortable handling the case. That all changed after I contacted Bret Woody. I explain...ed to Bret what I was trying to get accomplished and he took it from there. Bret made time to explain to me his game plan as well as keeping me updated on the status/progress of my case. Ultimately Bret was able to amend the divorce decree to put an end date on the restraining order, thus restoring my gun rights. All this was accomplished quickly and At what I feel was a very reasonable rate. I couldn’t be happier. Great job Bret.

Did a great job! did exactly what he said he was going too and then some! Saved me a lot of headache and time. I will recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer.

A free man

Bret was the first attorney that has told me exactly how it was, he took the time to set up a zoom meeting with me witch we spoke about my case a prior charges for over 45 minutes. One thing Bret told me and sold me on him, his straight forward thoughts, telling me he will go to court fight my charge... and if I was going to be booked him and I were going to be cell mates at least for 24 hours. Who wouldn't want an attorney who ×ill say that and mean it.. If you want someone who goes above and beyond for his clients Bret Woody is your best bet! I don't plan on anymore trouble, but if it finds me Mr. Woody will always be my fist phone call.

Above and Beyond

Am beyond pleased with Mr. Woody’s services and surpassed all expectations. He went above and beyond to make sure the case ended how I’d wanted it to and making sure it got saw all the way through to the end. Absolutely amazing!

Brett is amazing and I wouldn’t use anyone else. He lets you know exactly what to do and is there to help the entire way. He answers his phone and will not leave you stranded. If you want an attorney who will truely grind it out for you, he is the one. I wouldn’t use anyone besides Brett period. He i...s truely doing this to make a difference!
