Saved my deferred and got my ignition interlock removed!!

I was on a deferred prosecution for my 1st DUI. Traveled out of state and upon my return I failed to realize that I was required by probation to provide a UA. Back to court for a hearing!! I thought for sure there would be repercussions. But with the help of Mr. Bret Woody, I received only a minor to...ngue lashing from the judge, and I got to stay in my deferred prosecution. Not only that, but he lobbied for me to reduce what was a 5 year requirement for my interlock, down to just over a year. He has given me my life and my freedom back and I will be forever grateful. Thank you Mr. Bret Woody!!

Always a client

Mr. Woody had my back sense Day one and still does two years later. One horrible mistake would have ruined my life if it wasn’t for Mr. Woody. He handled my case with speed and professionalism and my life has turned around because of it. Two years later I am in the Army and succeeding in every aspect... of my life. Defense in Dui and Dol hearing.

Brett Woody represented me in my dui and dol hearings. Mr. Woody did a great job reviewing the facts of my case and was able to provide the best results! He fought with conviction! He was able to get my dui dropped down to a negligent 1 driving ticket. He was also able to have dol consider the fact t...hat the police officer did not pull me over with probable cause. Dol Found there was not enough evidence to restrict my license in anyway. My license is in good standing and is not restricted. Mr. Woody is a great lawyer and has the best interests for your case. Very professional and personable! Would recommend to anyone!
