First Speeding Ticket Experience - Highly Recommend

Back in January, I received my first speeding ticket, and as a 16-year-old, I was understandably a little overwhelmed. Thankfully, we decided to hire Bret Woody from Eloquence Law, and I’m so grateful we did. He took care of everything, from handling the paperwork to attending the court hearings. It ...was a huge relief knowing that I didn’t have to deal with the stress of it all. I highly recommend him, he made the whole process so much easier and stress-free!

Dui dismissed

Consulted with Woody and was absolutely ready to retain him but after he did some digging he realized my case had already been dismissed. He then was completely honest and let me know I didn't need him and saved me thousands of dollars.

DWI Arrest

I hired Bret Woody to represent me in my DWI case. I was extremely stressed over my poor decision to drink and drink and my arrest. Mr. Woody met with me in person and explained how he would help me as we moved forward through the court system. Mr. Woody gave me all of the support and guidance th...at I needed throughout the entire court process. The court system is extremely stressful but Mr. Woody was available to me every step of the way. Mr. Woody took time before each and every court hearing to explain what was going to happen and prepared my to answer questions that I may face from the judge. I can not Thank Mr. Woody enough for his help and guidance! I would highly recommend using Mr. Woody to anyone who may be facing prosecution.

Speeding violation

Bret was referred to me when the attorney I originally hired withdrew unexpectedly from my case. Bret was efficient, walked me through the process as it stood and was responsive. I wish I had known about his practice in the first place. I definitely recommend his services.
