DWI Arrest

I hired Bret Woody to represent me in my DWI case. I was extremely stressed over my poor decision to drink and drink and my arrest. Mr. Woody met with me in person and explained how he would help me as we moved forward through the court system. Mr. Woody gave me all of the support and guidance th...at I needed throughout the entire court process. The court system is extremely stressful but Mr. Woody was available to me every step of the way. Mr. Woody took time before each and every court hearing to explain what was going to happen and prepared my to answer questions that I may face from the judge. I can not Thank Mr. Woody enough for his help and guidance! I would highly recommend using Mr. Woody to anyone who may be facing prosecution.

Successful Traffic Ticket Amendment

I hired Bret Woody to represent me in a speeding ticket hearing in Ocean Shores, WA. Bret successfully negotiated with the Court (which has a reputation of being a tough court for traffic ticket amendments) to amend the infraction from a moving violation to a non-moving violation. He did exactly what... I hired him to do, and communicated the outcome quickly both verbally and in writing.

Speeding violation

Bret was referred to me when the attorney I originally hired withdrew unexpectedly from my case. Bret was efficient, walked me through the process as it stood and was responsive. I wish I had known about his practice in the first place. I definitely recommend his services.
