Great job

Bret helped me out with my second dui in 7 years and was able to get me down to a neg1. He did a great job paying attention to detail and totally got the courts on his side!

Hired a few times and have been very pleased every time.

I hired Mr. Woody to represent my son on a possession of firearm charge. He got my son released at arraignment on a PR (no bail needed)!! Ended up with a misdemeanor plea. Then I hired him for my other son on a reckless driving and he got a great deal for him also. My son was eligible to get his lic...ense back immediately. Mr. Woody also seems to have established great working relationships with judges & prosecutors which can be quite helpful during negotiations.

Pleased with Bret

I hired Bret to represent my daughter in a Domestic Violence case (with no previous) that was falsely stacked against her and we were concerned. She had to spend a night in jail and Bret worked late to get her out. He knew what he was doing and presented himself well in court in front of the judge. B...ecause he could not get the case dismissed right away he took her case to trial. A few days before trial the case was thrown out. We were very thankful, relieved, and pleased with the work that Bret did and my daughter has been able to start a new life.

I hired Bret to handle my DWI case. He was always available to answer any questions I had about my case, day or night. He was always punctual and prepared for all my court dates ensuring I understood what was happening throughout the whole process. My case was dropped and resubmitted at a lesser char...ge. He was able to help me to express my concerns to the court. I hope I never need a lawyer again but if I do I would defiantly contact Bret as he has a wide range of knowledge as well as a passion for helping his clients.

I endorse Bret!

I highly recommend Bret. He has been passionate about criminal defense even before law school and I had the privilege to attend SU law with him. Having taken classes with Bret, and having seen him in court I can only say that if you are looking for a criminal defense attorney who is not afraid to go ...the extra mile for his clients, he is your guy!
