Above and beyond

Took the time to cross county lines, over mountain passes and through severe weather conditions, to make sure I was fairly represented in court. He is good at what he does, professional and put me at ease considering my situation. I will recommend him to all that ask.

Client Focused & Relentless

I would be serving jail time for a DOL mistake on my driving record if Bret Woody had not been representing me. He is ethical, understanding, truly cares about his clients and will not let up until he’s satisfied with the outcome. I had just about given up and agreed to accept a charge that would hav...e come with probation violations including 60days of jail time, but Bret Woody took the time to look over my driving record and partnered with the DOL to correct my driving record! The charge was dropped to a civil infraction which was the true charge I should have received in the first place! Super grateful I found and retained him. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Impossible possible!

Lewis County, WA placed a bench warrant due to a noncompliance with the conditions of my release for a DUI in a result of not receiving notice to appear due to moving out of state. Saved my deferred and got my ignition interlock removed!!

I was on a deferred prosecution for my 1st DUI. Traveled out of state and upon my return I failed to realize that I was required by probation to provide a UA. Back to court for a hearing!! I thought for sure there would be repercussions. But with the help of Mr. Bret Woody, I received only a minor to...ngue lashing from the judge, and I got to stay in my deferred prosecution. Not only that, but he lobbied for me to reduce what was a 5 year requirement for my interlock, down to just over a year. He has given me my life and my freedom back and I will be forever grateful.
