Highly Recommended

I was in a position where I felt like I was being falsely accused and had charges with a misdemeanor. In my frustration, disappointment, and bad mental state Attorney Woody made it clear and reassured that he would do the best to his capabilities. Empathized with everything that I was going through, ...showed a caring a compassionate side with the community. First time I seen actual representation! Great communication, five steps ahead the opposition, great ethics, highly professional, authoritative, experienced, and knowledgeable. Totally would recommend.

Exceptional Attorney

Mr. Woody is an exceptional attorney who fought hard for my case and won! When I received a speeding ticket, I knew I couldn't represent myself in court if I wanted to receive a fair hearing. The long term consequences if I lost would have significantly increased my auto insurance; which I would not ...be able to afford. Mr. Woody fought hard for my case and was able to get the ticket dropped! Thank you again for advocating for me and being there when I needed help. I would absolutely hire Mr. Woody again.

DUI

Mr. Woody was so very helpful with my case and not only did he take my concerns and fears seriously, he did exactly what he said he would do. He used his knowledge, expertise and skills to get me the best deal possible. I had a first time DUI from several years ago that was placed into a deferred ...prosecution. After years with little no end in sight, I called Mr. Woody to seek counsel and help with this never ending nightmare. After years of anxiety and this looming over my head, he was able to help me put this blip in my past behind me. I highly recommend Mr. Woody in even the most unusual of circumstances. Bret is a boss!

Bret is one of those attorneys you can put full faith in doing what he sets out to do. I had a ticket, Bret tells me he’s got this, and next thing I get is papers court showing he he dismissing the ticket, even with Covid! He is on top of his stuff, and gives 100%. No question, would hire again.

Got my speeding ticket downgraded

He was able to go to court for me and get my ticket downgraded to a non-moving violation. Very thankful for that.
