I want to thank Barbara for reducing my moving violation to a non-moving violation, with no extra charge, simply the one time charge and that's it. Yes they charge more but that extra charge will go to pay whatever court fees remain, which can sometimes be as high as the ticket itself. The other firms i checked with that charge less do not pay any court fees nor do they mention it. Hopefully i won't be getting any more tickets but if i do Barbar...a Bowden is my first choice. FWIW she's helped me successfully with 2 tickets, and one was rather serious (negligent driving).

Basically you pay the fee and they will represent you and if you win or lose there is no additional cost. Like the old saying goes don't try this at home no ...matter how small the legal issue be represented by an experienced attorney. In addition these are the attorneys / people who have the legal expertise and know how to ensure a moving violation stays off your record. Barbara's office had my speeding ticket adjudicated and I did not have to worry about my insurance increasing in the near future. Overall, they did everything as advertised and I highly recommend their services.

I got a ticket in bremerton and was going 20 over the speed limit. Thought there was no way I would be able to fight it so I put in for a mitigation hearing. Got a letter from Barbara office saying she could help. Gave them a call. The ticket was about 250 and it was only 300 dollars for then to fig...ht it and if they couldn't get it dropped at all I would get the remaiming back. I paid the 300 and got a call from them the day of the court hearing to let me know they got the ticket dropped. I was very pleased with them and the fact I had to do very little to fight it myself and now I don't have it on my record. Would highly recommend using then even if you think it's would be impossible to drop. There is no risk whatsoever.
