Excellent understanding, knowledge, intuition and service

Arlene Joe addressed my unique guardianship needs with great expertise. Best of the Best

I hired Arlene to acquire guardian of my Mom, who was in a dementia facility. My Dad passed away and left a difficult situation as he had made a mess of their affairs shortly before he passed. Arlene acted quickly with her knowledge and experience to ensure I could act on my Mom's behalf as soon as possible. She was always available to guide me through every step during such an extremely stressful, emotional time for me. I couldn't be more grateful to have worked with Arlene. Her knowledge, experience, professionalism, and most of all, her honesty and integrity is a true blessing to me! She is the best!

What money can't buy

Arlene called me the next day, was understanding, referred me to other attorneys since she can't take new clients, gave me hope and peace of mind. Just had to leave it in God's hands that she wasn't able to work with me.

Highly Recommended

I highly recommend Ms. Arlene Joe as a family law attorney. I live in another state and had to initiate and process a complex family guardianship case in Washington State. Ms. Joe guided me through the court processes of formalizing the guardianship of the Estate and Person, setting up a Special Needs Trust and ensuring the bank account to administer the SNT was set up according to law and IRS regulations. Ms. Joe is a knowledgeable, professional who is always concerned about what is best for her client, and was extremely responsive to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend her as a knowledgeable and caring legal professional.

Excellent Estate Lawyer plus more!

Arlene is a blessing when our family needed help with the probate of my husband's estate. She clearly explained the process, fees, what she can offer to help and what she can not do. She thoroughy walked me through the process and I appreciated that she also offered suggestions of what I can do to avoid extra lawyer fees. The follow ups were consistent and flexible. Arlene is caring, compassionate, and understanding yet firm with what needs to be done in a timely manner. She went extra miles for my family. Arlene Joe

Arlene began working with my sister and I during a very difficult time in our lives. We were applying for guardianship of our elderly and ill father. Arlene was available any time we needed to consult with her, she represented us through court proceedings while always being patient and compassionate. Arlene is prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and very through. Our father passed away shortly after we were awarded guardianship and again Arlene was available and has been with us through the entire Estate process. She has always been professional, caring and considerate. We are coming to the end of our legal relationship but our family will always be grateful for her legal assistance, and compassion she made a difficult time for us a lot less stressful.

Arlene was just wonderful.

I had been working with another firm which seemed to frustrate me as it seemed difficult to get things moving forward in closing my mother's estate. A friend suggested I use this site to search for a lawyer who better suited my needs. After reading the reviews I was very fortunate to find Arlene. It was like night and day how she was able to explain each step. She demonstrated to me her skill, knowledge and most importantly her empathy in our shared mission. Both my mother and father did not leave a will so it was a bit of a mess to navigate and get my head around. Arlene was a real pro and I am now so relieved to have resolved my parent's affairs. My highest recommendation to her and her services. I will be using her services again to get my own family's affairs in order having learned a valuable lesson in all this.
