I have been with Patrick Palace for about 4 years. I went to see him when LNI decided to start fighting me on every issue and threatened to cut me off. Kristi worked hard fighting for my rights. I have now been pensioned and it has been thanks to Patrick Palace and Kristi. I can not thank them enoug...h for all they have done. I Will use them again if I ever need a lawyer.

In 2012 I was injured at work. I was tossed into a system I didn't understand, though quite clearly, it wasn't about helping me. I went through periods of no pay, uncertainty of my future. Someone explains what happened and why. That's so important to me, just a simple reason, because it doesn't make any sense. They fix it and it's not always convienant. But my paralegal there Kristy, just knowing that someone will take care of everything is the best bargain in America, when I consider the very small percentage I pay from my checks. They have helped me find the right doctor, the have helped me at every single important interview, IME, so I could do my job, which is to move on and heal. Today I'm a student again. I won't be able to do my job of injury. If I didn't have Pat Palace there is 100% no doubt in my mind that I would not be where I am. Retraining even. Without Palace Law I really think I wouldnt have made it. You need a lawyer in this system if you are not able to return to work. I gave him 4 stars on responsive because they are super busy. They help everyone and sometimes they can't get right back to me. But that's ok. Because I know I won't get some canned bs response. I'll get the straight up answer I need. So I put 4 there but everything else, should be 6stars. There's many other perks and awesome things I could say. You just have to learn for yourself and give call them.

I am handling a worker's compensation claim for my hard-working mother. The process has been difficult to understand and navigate. You can tell the passion lies in helping their clients.

I owe so much to Palace Law. They have stood by me through thick and thin for several years now in my dealings with L & I. I first contacted them when L& I closed out my case prematurely, saying that I was ok to return to work, and could get a job as a Office Clerk, even though I had no such experien...ce, and had been working in managerial jobs, supervising employees, managing installation teams, etc.. Patrick Palace spoke with me, was very understanding and empathetic. He agreed to represent me and got his team going. Even though it took some time, he got my benefits reinstated with back pay. Most recently, Thaddeus Sikes has been working with me on yet another issue with L & I. He has done a brilliant job representing me, and won that segment of my case for me! It is so reassuring to know that I have them on my side, as my case continues on. I shudder to think what would have happened to me without them. They are all about helping the people. Money is not the object for them, which is so appreciated under the circumstances. When you can't work and still require medical treatment, there is no money to spare. I am so happy to know that Thaddeus is watching and dealing with every aspect of my case at this time. The entire staff at Palace Law are wonderful. I owe them my undying debt of gratitude.
