About me

My practice is devoted to civil litigation with a focus on personal injury claims involving motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, slip & falls, medical malpractice, worksite safety and products liability.

I have been a licensed attorney for over 13 years and am experienced with all aspects of litigation, from initial investigations and formal discovery to trial and appeals. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, I have unique insight into how insurance companies respond to claims and the tactics they use in their defense.

I am admitted to practice in the State of Washington and before the U.S. District Court - Western District of Washington and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

I grew up in the Puget Sound area and now reside in Tacoma with my husband. I have three cats and two dogs, plus many, many fish. My hobbies include digital photography, writing and home remodeling - much to my husband's dismay. He and I also participate in fundraising for Multiple Sclerosis research and remain hopeful that there will soon be a cure for this terrible disease.
