I had a fraudulent DVPO filed against me. My wife’s claims were untrue. She was attempting to use this as the common “silver bullet” technique used to get the upper hand in a divorce. Mr. Lutz helped explain what I needed to do in order to prove my innocence. I provided my evidence to him and his amazing paralegal. He helped me feel confident by explaining the process and what was to come. He went to court with me and calmly incapacitated the opposing counsel. He calmly told the commissioner my wife’s claims didn’t at all meet the definition of domestic violence. The judge dismissed the case after agreeing with my explanations in my documents and concurring with Mr. Lutz. He’s still helping my divorce case and I’m hoping for another victory while keeping cost to a minimum. Mr. Lutz has been great to work with so far. He knows how what he’s doing and does his best to keep costs as low as possible.

I hired David to represent me in my divorce but was quickly handed off to another Attorney. Without having been divorced prior I had no idea what the process was and or results could be. Scary to say the least. There was very little communication from them to me and literally no advice on what to do and or any sort of strategies. In other words in the time I needed someone to give me advice, I received ZERO. My divorce was finalized but at a hefty expense. Fast Forward one year. I get taken back to court to adjust child support. I rehire them and get yet another attorney, Mr Adam Teal. Like to tell you he was better but it was clear based on my 3 experiences this is strictly about how much money they can get out of the case. When the bulk of the case was wrapped up, unsuccessfuly I might add, I was passed off to yet another attorney. I literally sent the paralegals an email 10 minutes ago telling them I no longer want to be represented by them.
In the end, despite being the customer who is paying them, Handsomely I might add. They do not care about fighting for their customers interests but rather how much money they can get during their process. I will be much more thorough in looking at someone else, god forbid I need one. Do your research as Lutz Law firm is a waste of your time and money.

David what's honest with me the whole time and when it came to go to court he was straight forward and to the point.

David and Kay were great in helping get my case dismissed. I really liked that David took the time to consult w/me prior and understand what the issues were. His team worked expeditiously to get everything done, despite it being holiday season. This was a remote case and so I needed to rely on their professionalism via email & phone in order to get this accomplished.
My only minor criticism would be their billing/invoicing system - I'd get an email asking for various amounts w/out an invoice attached. When I would ask for an invoice, the amounts would be different and it so it was not clear what I needed to pay. This can be easily fixed (hint, David!).

I worked with Mr. Rundle through Mr. Lutz's firm. Mr. Rundle was straightforward with his legal advice, placing his emphasis on my needs and not his own, which is rare for most attorneys. I will most assuredly return to this firm in the event I require additional legal assistance.

Mr. Lutz is an awesome attorney. He helped me to file my divorce paperwork after thoroughly reviewing it with me. His paralegal Mrs. Kay was also excellent. Even though, I couldn't continue to retain him as my attorney, the information he gave to me helped me to get temporary custody of my daughter and my protection order. He is the best attorney if you need help with a military divorce. I highly recommend him and I thank God for all of his help.

Mr. Lutz did an excellent job he did everything he could for me and although the courts didn't see eye to eye he did everything possible and I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

The divorce proceeding was tough and painful. But Atty. Lutz and his staff help me go through it. They did help me protect my rights, they give me advise and help me fully understand each processes. I'm glad I choose the Lutz Law Office to be on my side.

I love the enviroment when I first entered! My case in particular was over a parenting plan. I really couldn't afford the payout amount which was 5,000 for them to represent me, but they were always there to help when I needed advice. They offered a payment plan option as well. Kevin and Mr. Lutz have great energy and very professional. I would highly reccomend this office!

Many think all attorneys are bad right? I'm going to leave a great review even though my case is not over and will say Lutz law has impressed me by efficiency and aggressive nature. I specifically name Kristen as a paralegal as ridiculously thorough. Dave Lutz, in our consultation provided a very good legal strategy for my situation. My case being contempt is very complex and most likely not typical. This firm has very good communication and it seems and maybe proven that communication is done through a paralegal which reduces costs. As we all know that's why we hesitate to go through the court bull$%$%. My intent here is to provide a review for others in my situation. You won't be ripped off. They're not going to say 5000 for contempt and they track billing and keep you informed instead of you having to ask. My case is pretty extreme compared to others but I married a winner but they have been right there with me not pressuring me to spend more money but how to save it and achieve what I needed. Which was getting a parenting plan followed and the return of my 3 kids. This is a genuine review. My case may not be over but in 1 week the contempt was filed and got my ex to the table admitting or "conceeding" she violated the parenting plan. And that was before the contempt hearing. What will happen is decided by the courts but I strongly recommend Lutz law if for nothing else to get a resolution process started to cut costs and full blown trial if you cannot settle out of court. Sometimes sadly you cannot resolve differences before filing a motion. Sometimes you have to. In my case like what Dave Lutz said I had to. And it was true confirmed by other attorneys. Results before costs seems to be accurate with Lutz law. The judge will decide mine but they got the resolution process so I may not have to pay for trial. You will have to accept their honesty, which I appreciate
