Mrs. Beverly Ibsen was extremely professional and knowledgable about every aspect of the law concerning my case. I hired Beverly to review a contract presented to me from a consultant I was considering retaining. Beverly identified some problems that would have cost me time and money. She also negotiated directly with the consultant so that these problems were fixed and everybody was on the same page. I would recommend Beverly for any type of contract review or enforcement dispute.

Beverly was professional and efficient. My case was not too difficult but it was handled well as possible and communication was great.

Over $50,000 spent over the course of a year on a high conflict divorce. Constant screw ups, missed deadlines, missed filings, etc, just racked up costs. Ex and I worked out an agreement early and I asked Beverly to write it up and get it to ex'es lawyer. Beverly "misunderstood" and sent a nasty, patronizing email, which immediately ended any chance at an amicable divorce. Literally every time we walked into court, Beverly would ask me "remind me what we're here for". Her go-to move is a deposition, which is a legal term for a $7-10,000 circle jerk. Beverly stirred the pot just enough to keep the divorce going until I finally told her the money was gone, at which point everything miraculously ended. As an example of how worthless she is, I didn't know until after my divorce that only over nights matter for custody, not days. I spent months fighting to get more days, and she never explained that it didn't matter. She just cashed the checks. She wrote things into my parenting plan that were really generous to my ex. When I asked her why we were giving things up, she said "this is what's fair for her". 13 or 14 appearances in a year, and I think she won once. I represent myself now, and I've won 4 out of 5 appearances. Enjoy my 401k Beverly.

Please consider other lawyers before being overtaken money wise and getting no result. They missed the molestation of my daughter, which has left her in his care. Not to be trusted or hired.

I hired this attorney on a high retainer and she did not advocate for me once. I ended up OWING back payments in my divorce because I was never notified that they were final orders and by the time I found out I owed more than $4,000. Then when she got my payments changed they were back dated and I once again owed more. The only reason my divorce was settled is because I settled it myself. She did no research on anything that my ex’s attorney brought up in court, I had to research, find and send her any proof of anything and even then some things I sent were never mentioned or read until months later when I brought it up again. She totally screwed me financially in the end and still haven’t gotten the remaining amount of my retainer returned to me or a final invoice and my case ended in March. Every time you call the office you get the run around. Save yourself the money and frustration and hire a different attorney.

Beverly started out ok but went down hill to bad. We fired her and the new lawyer and opposing lawyer let us know she was not qualified for family law. Advertising under Lawyers for Men, she showed no interest in the best interest of my son and his daughter. She did didn't prepare for court and allowed opposing lawyer and walk all over her with bad information.

My son was a victim of domestic abuse twice in a year, both times his girlfriend was arrested and stayed a night in jail. Beverly told us this was pretty much a cut and dry case, not to worry. We believed her and gave her a large sum of money to take on his case. Beverly didn't even show up for the first and most important court date, she sent someone else from the firm. This cost my son tremendously, he was the one that ended up with the restraining order!!

Beverly said she would be able to help me with a divorce and charged me money beforehand. She ended up withdrawing because of a very unreasonable reason and did not help with anything at all, just kept collecting money. Awful lawyer, would not recommend.

I haven't write a review all This time because I believe if you don't have something nice to said don't said but I will like others to know that this lawyer almost made me lose my son Due to her lack actions didn't file my papers on court like she said she did .. My court day got cancel and she never told me about it until 3 hours later of the court was supposed started, never informed me I need to attend a parenting class .. She ask me for 1500 to take my case and I end up Fired her because she charge 1500 for phone calls and put a bunch of papers on a folder she didn't file anything at all and yes she kept all money .. One of the main reason I hired her was because she told me she was an Immigration attorney and Family law attorney .. A couple weeks later after I hired her and I brought my paper work of immigration she didn't a clue and she said " well I'm not an immigration attorney yet " and she pull up just the website and start looking for the answer of my question !!.. All the papers she ask me about I was the one making copies and bringing to her every single thing she ask for and I come to found that none of the papers she request were necessary at all I spend time and rest of my savings on getting everything she ask for it for those papers end up on recycle bin .. I decide to write this because thanks to the reviews of this page I found a excellent lawyer who took my case after of this lady mess up and ripe me off .. And maybe if you are desperate like I was when I hired her a review like this will make think twice to hired her and put your child life on her hands .. She told me when I hired her that she was the cheapest lawyer I was gonna found, she should mention she was cheap because she wasn't gonna move a finger for my case I would rather to have someone expense but honest Very disappointed of her service I pay 1500.00 for nothing literal nothing but phone calls and the end after I ask he for all the papers I brought her she had the nerve to Said I own her 750 more

had her on my divorce case, regretted it! she proposed the action plan that turned out sour. she recommended a GAL from pierce county that is the worst so-call professional we've ever known, still dragging on because of her, a complete disaster! not much experience, not smart, no network or connection at all in at least king county. seems very eager to rake in cash with her new firm, but really that is what you do? 200$ for some copy of files, don't you know there is a thing called 'email'?
