My case was for pain, suffering and loss of earnings in a car accident. The other side admitted liability. Christina convinced me to go to arbitration. The arbitrator was a lawyer, who like Christina, did not understand how I am compensated (commissions) so I got ZERO for lost earnings. I got plenty for pain and suffering, but like I said the insurance company offered that. My other comment was that once she was not able to understand my loss of earnings, the case seemed small (

Cristina Sherman is a fierce advocate, poised and professional. She represented the Technical Employees Association in our Unfair Labor Practice dispute with King County, Washington. In the hearing before the Washington State Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC), Christina identified the key points in the law and assembled the case that secured a favorable ruling for TEA from the hearing examiner and again in the subsequent County appeal to the PERC commissioners. Dealing with the requirement to bargain over furloughs, this case establishes a precedent that will serve to protect the rights our Association and many other public employees as local governments seek to contain their costs in the face of falling revenues. Christina is an insightful and very approachable attorney who communicates well and often with her clients. I give Christina Sherman high marks. She earns them.

Christina was the perfect combination of compassionate & competant. Thoroughout my case, I had peace of mind that she was a fierce advocate for my interests, while at the same time being patient, insightful, kind, and accessable in our interactions. While my top priority was having a brillant lawyer who would win my case, I also discovered a person of great character, who was an all-around pleasure to work with. I recommend Christina to any one who needs top notch legal representation, and appreciates too a highly skilled communicator along the way.

Our attorney helped us on a maritime lawsuit that went to trial. She was truly outstanding in the sense that she was quick on her feet -- able to think of questions and responses instantaneously, while under extreme pressure. She was responsive to all our questions. Mrs. Sherman was knowledgeable about the case law and took time to do her research. What I really liked about this attorney, is that she was approachable -- we felt comfortable speaking to her about every aspect of the case -- and she was confident enough to explain it in layman's terms. I would highly recommend her as an attorney who would get the job done.
