Ms. Herrmann is exactly what others clients have said about her. She covers all of the possible problems that might come up in the settlement process, and explains the thinking of insurance companies. I have a good idea now, of what to expect, and what kind of expectations to have. It takes a unique mind to be able to have such a comprehensive understanding of her profession, and she has it. I am confident that I will be well represented.

I was concerned about other injured parties in a multi-vehicle accident in which I too was injured. Kathryn handled everything with the greatest of integrity. My basis for comparison is that I have worked for several attorneys over the years including a prosecutor in a major US city. Kathryn really gets the power of integrity.

Ms. Herrmann went above the call of duty to make sure she listen to my exact concerns, spoke to me at layman's level versus a lawyers and gave me many options along with the option she would have chose which turned out to be the best option for me.
Ms. Herrmann made herself available to me 24/7 and I highly recommend her.
Thank you for all your great advice Ms. Herrmann!!
Thomas Klusmeyer, Personal injury Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
When I was an insurance defense attorney, I had the pleasure of working on the opposite side of several personal injury matters with Kathryn Hermann. I found Ms. Herrman to be tenacious in her representation of her clients, in addition to being honest and full of integrity. Because of her excellent representation, her clients recovered top dollar for their cases. I give her my highest recommendation.
