Stephen M. ("Steve") Hansen is a Tacoma-based business, real estate and litigation attorney.  For almost 30 years, he has represented clients in minor and complex business and real estate matters. Car Accident
Mr Hansen was referred to me by another attorney to handle an accident where my car was rear-ended. The insurance company representing the person who struck my car completely stonewalled my attempts to get restitution. Mr Hansen quickly and effectively settled my claims of pain and suffering and my claim of diminished value of my Lexus. Very personable and knowledgeable.

Great advocate!

Calm, Organized
I was a bit of a wreck when I contacted Mr. Hansen re my employment law issue. He was calm, organized, explained options well, and listened to what I had to say. Steve was very responsive to emails and phone calls during the whole process. The discovery and mediation process was so stressful, but it could have been much worse without Steve's attention to detail, and collected nature. In the end the settlement was okay, especially based on what the judge had to say regarding precidence.

I give Stephen my strongest recommendation
I have know Stephen for more than 10 years professionally. He has provided a number of legal services and counsel for me over those years and always gets exactly what I need done right away. His knowledge is undeniable but what really sets him apart from other lawyers I have had to work with is his integrity and personality. He is always enjoyable to work with. Other lawyers have other agendas that don't involve taking care of the client, but that is Stephen's first priority and I appreciate it a great deal. Anyone who hires Stephen will be very pleased they did.
