Amazing lawyer

Kelley was very professional and knowledgeable in helping with my estate planning. She offered options and advised on what she believed would work best for me and my needs. Working with Kelley was extremely easy and comfortable. She is friendly and kind, while staying professional. She was dedicated to me and was always available to answer any questions as they arose. My path to becoming an attorney began in 2000 as a legal intern. That internship sparked a passion for the law that continued to grow into a career I love. Working my way up from legal intern, to paralegal, and now an attorney gives me an advantage in my practice that most attorneys do not have. Those roles gave me the practical, technical and procedural skills to more effectively practice law. Most attorneys do not know what it feels like to hear the frustration in a client's voice when they are told their attorney is not available. Therefore, I strive to always take a call or return an email from a client, my goal is to be of service to them when they are in need. Keeping my clients informed and letting them know I am diligently working for them is key to my practice.

When I am not working, I get to tackle new adventures and ideas my daughter comes up with, which is even more challenging at times than being an attorney.

Kelley was an advocate

I came to Kelley with no hope for my situation and she explained my rights in a way I could understand them and actually got what I was entitled to. I would highly recommend Kelley for her honesty, integrity and intelligence.

Peace of Mind

I title this review "Peace of Mind" because this is what you get when working with Kelley. She listens, informs, and does her homework. Communication is exceptional, and we no longer worry about the details or that something has 'fallen through the cracks.' Our estate is complex, with a spouse that is a permanent alien resident, dependent children, and multiple business and property holdings. Kelley quickly grasped what needed to be done to get our estate planning in order, and what I respect most is that she doesn't hesitate to reach out to other resources within the firm to leverage specific areas of expertise among her peers.

Incredible Support, Total Empathy

Ms. Orr helped us unravel the estate of our son upon his premature death. She did so with finesse but also with a great deal of sensitivity to the situation. When dealing with recalcitrant New York financial institutions on the Estate's behalf, she showed a toughness and determination we had not expected but were delighted to witness. Her able services at a difficult time in our lives, were (ARE) very much appreciated.

Goes above and beyond

I wrote to Avvo about a somewhat complicated Probate question and Kelley responded within 3 hours. Not only did she give me a good overview on what I need to do she went out of her way to check out of state records for me. I would not hesitate to use her and will highly recommend her to my friends and acquaintances if they ever need legal service
