8 years ago I was pulled over for a DUI after moving here from an eastern state. As I had no understaning of DUI laws in Washington, I refused to take the breathalizer test resulting in a mandatory one year suspension and much grief and loss of money. Dan Gerl did an amazing job in representing me in an unfortunate incident this year. I was pulled over for a simple driving infraction, but the bigger problem was I had a suspended license due to an earlier DUI (in central Washington).
