My father died intestate unexpectedly last year. I had a very brief amount of time to travel to northern Washington and deal with events in the wake of my father’s death. After consultation, Brittany delivered an exceptionally fast turn-around and had probate open in just a few days. Throughout the process she continued to deliver professional results and was frequently very helpful in resolving complicated questions about probate assets. Donna, Brittany’s paralegal, was equally as accommodating and categorically pleasant to work with. I strongly recommend contacting Brittany with your probate affairs without hesitation!

Brittany did a great job handling our Chap 7, all paperwork filed on time and keep us informed of what was going to happen going forward and was very available to answer our ongoing questions regarding our case. I would highly recommend Brittany to anybody who would need legal counsel, we were very pleased.

When it becomes clear that you are in a financial place where you never intended to be, and you are feeling completely overwhelmed by the circumstances that led to it - it is so good to find not only an attorney but an entire office that does not make you feel like crud. Throughout a complicated process that included juggling short sales of investment property, we were treated like the best customers, told what to expect, given options that helped making the decisions that were required, as well as assisted with the "life after bankruptcy" questions.
And yes, there is one.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I often refer my family law clients to Brittany when they have problems and questions related to debt collection and bankruptcy. She always answers their questions promptly and thoroughly and often comes up with creative solutions to their often complicated situations. She is always mindful of all the other issues they are dealing with in life and assists them compassionately.
