I focus on areas of the law centered around asset protection. Asset protection covers all aspects of your financial affairs. It can involve estate planning, including the creation of powers of attorney, wills, or trusts. It can involve pre-planning for the filing of a bankruptcy. It can involve negotiations surrounding a real estate condemnation. It can even involve the formation of an entity, such as a limited liability company or a family limited partnership. All of these areas of the law are centered around helping you keep more of what you have earned.
I have developed a professional working partnership with Richard D. Seward, a reputable attorney in the Puget Sound area. Richard is a former CPA and is a licensed attorney in the state of Washington with over 15 years of experience in the field of asset protection. I served a a Rule 9 Legal Intern at Richard's office and learned a great deal about asset protection. As I begin my practice in the field of asset protection, I hope to continue to learn from Richard's vast knowledge in this complex and ever-growing field.
