Finally after weeks of not hearing anything, we received a call from a paralegal named Ashley. She was wonder...ful and imformative and put our concerns at ease. She was abke to wrap our case quickly. When we paid our fees we were told by Mr. Sukhia that it would take no more than 3 months. But by the time Ashley closed our case it took almost 9 months total. We fell through the cracks.
