The turn over rate at the office must be very high, we had a garnishment case so we paid all of our fees upfront. Every time we called for a status update we spoke with a different paralegal. Finally after weeks of not hearing anything, we received a call from a paralegal named Ashley. She was wonder...ful and imformative and put our concerns at ease.
