About me

I have worked  as an attorney since 1994. I have represented thousands of clients and am proud that every one of my clients know they had a fighting advocate on their side. Personally, I am blessed to have been married over twenty years to my wife, Julie and we have three amazing children. I am an avid sport's fan and have volunteered countless hours coaching youth sports and administering youth sports leagues. I have served my community as an elected school board member and as a volunteer for several nonprofit groups. In addition to working as a private attorney, I have worked as a Tribal Prosecutor, Tribal Judge, and as a College Professor and Paralegal

instructor. I attempt to bring honor to my profession by conducting myself with integrity and by passionately advocating for my clients in negotiations and in the courtroom. I am proud of my professional accomplishments such as being admitted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum but I am even more proud of my positive relationships with my clients.

  • Harry Shipley Steinmetz

Kevin is a terrific lawyer who always is prepared and advocating for his client. It is worth noting he is more concerned about his clients liking him than the insurance defense attorney. He is just a good guy.
