Establishing corporation

We were referred to Gene by our financial advisor to help us establish our corporation. Gene's understanding of US and Canadian corporations is an asset to us. Knowing that his work is thorough and accurate gives us peace of mind!

Mr. Moses is an Excellent Attorney

Mr. Moses has represented us for corporate matters for a number of years now and we have been very happy. Excellent!

As a Canadian company, Gene has consistently provided no nonsense advice to us that's been invaluable, without all the add ons (and you actually get to talk to him). Highly recommended for anyone looking for advice about doing business in the US.
