I was charged with failing to yield right of way on a left turn when I was hit by another motorist running a red light. I hired Michael to represent me on this matter. Michael contacted the 2 persons identified as witnesses for the prosecution and confirmed my contention that these witnesses did no...t witness what the police report, supporting the charge that was laid against me, stated they did. Michael took this information to the prosecutor and secured a dismissal of the charge.
