Mr. Jolly was able to get my charges nearly dropped, a scenario I was told was likely impossible based on my BAC. The evidence of his value as an attorney is in his successes. I hired David in 2017. I was charged with a DUI - my second in my lifetime. I was very embarrassed and ashamed but David and his staff made no judgments and were very kind. I met him within a day of the event and he was very honest - but was optimistic that the case could improve. He also gave me... some material and a book that was very helpful.
