David and his staff represented me in Skagit County. It's funny I say he delivered on his promises because he told me it would be a tough case. He never promised me a reduction but what he did say is that he and his experienced staff would fight really hard and do everything they could to help. And ...they did. My DUI was reduced to Neg. 1 and they won my license hearing. Yes he's nice but he his tough and respected (watch how the Judges talk to him) and knows more than all the others. Thank you!

I had an unfortunate situation with my second DUI in two years. David has my first one reduced. I was so scared that I would be facing a very long time in jail on my second DUI.
