I was originally charged with "Hit and Run-Attended Vehicle" in October 2017. I reached out to David in December for a consultation without the charges being filed with the local courthouse. David talked to me for over an hour about some of the possibilities and different routes that this case cou...ld go, knowing that he could not help me at this time because my charges were not in the system yet. In May, my charges were finally sent to me by the courthouse. Then, all charges were DISMISSED through a final decision of "Compromised of Misdemeanor" I highly recommend David Jolly as your defense attorney. A friend referred me to David and I am so glad they did. David called me back on a weekend and met me Monday morning and appeared with me in court. The case went on for months but eventually resolved in a reduction to reckless driving. His staff helped me with the DOL and provided me with all the in...formation I would need. I can't say enough good things about David. He is and his staff are professional and responsive. I have hired him twice now. One for being followed and radared by WSP and another for being timed by the air craft. Both times he got the ticket knocked down to a parking ticket.
