After being charged with a DUI on my birthday no less, while my car was not on nor in motion I went into it not thinking too much of the situation. But after my initial arrangement hearing and meeting the judge in person, it was very clear to me this was not going to be a walk in the park and I was g...oing to need a professional in my corner. He was trying to give me 20+ days in jail and telling me I was going to have to have an IID for 5+ years. Even though my previous offenses were outside the 7-year rule in Washington and did not occur in this state. Not to mention I was not pulled over while driving and the vehicle was off at the time of contact. David worked extremely hard for me, helped me to keep my license entirely, and was able to secure me a deal with the prosecutor and kept a DUI off of my record as well. I was genuinely prepared for the worst and got a result that I couldn't have even imagined thanks to David. I hope that no one finds themselves in need of an attorney for a DUI charge, but in the unfortunate event that you do, I could not recommend David more.

So I wish I would of met David under different circumstances but as it was he defended me in a DUI case.
