After my last attorney retired I needed to find someone new. I was dealing with a parenting plan issue and I needed someone who understood what needed to happen. I interviewed several attorneys and I felt Tarik was the best option. Tarik was extremely knowledgeable about my divorce/parenting plan issues. He explained the options for what we could do, he listened to my input and we developed a plan. My case never went 100% as planned but we continued to adapt and move forward with what we needed to do. Tarik handled everything with my case as a professional. We won the case. My ex was found in contempt of the parenting plan, I was awarded my make up time and some of my attorney fees. I feel Tarik is an amazing attorney who understands the law and knows the process to get matters resolved. He is professional, respective, compassionate, honest, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with in a hard time. I would recommend Tarik Polovina for any divorce/parenting issue.
