Phil worked wonders for me from the first day I met him. He was blunt and told me that we were going to do one of two things. Get the prosecutor to throw the case out, or win at trial .
Long story short, day two of the trial we asked for dissmial and was granted the motion ! Although we won and the criminal case was over, I still had civil case and a Federal case pending . Phil worked along side my Federal attorney to get me the best deal worked out with the least amount of time for my crime. And then there was the civil case where Phil fought to retain all of my belongings that were seized , Filing all the proper papers and caselaw , I had to forefit some money that was taken , but I was awarded my vehicle back and all of my jewelry , cell phones etc . I Would recommend Phil to not just any or all persons , but to those who want to win there case because they know that there innocent and can work along with Phil and his investigative team to get to the core issues of the case and stay a free person . My money spent with Phil was , and still is the best money I have ever spent on representation . Not only did I gain a attorney , but also a good friend .
I just wanted to in more then one way !! Thank You Phil !!!

Phil Sayles has help my family to the max. He is kind and has a huge heart. With that he will still fight for your rights. My brother could have served a long time but instead Phil did what he does best. My brother still has to do time but far less than what he could have. Phil listens and does not judge. He is very professional and I would recommend him to anyone. God Bless!

I hired Phillip Sayles after I had gotten my self in to some trouble and racked up quite a few felonies and was looking at 60- 120 months.. Phillip fought for me and worked with the prosecutor and got me down 20 months in prison and when I got out I had a misdemeanor charge pop up and he rode it out with me till the very end... by far the nicest guy and best attorney around
