UIM arbitration arising out of a moderate impact automobile collision with neck and back injuries including radiculopathy and sciatica. The primary injury resulted in surgical procedures at right L4 and L4-5 over three years post collision. Causation was hotly contested given degenerative conditions, episodes of radiculopathy the year before, and late diagnosis leading to surgery.
