The GAL in my case asked for some specific information that I provided to Mr. Lang. He did not provide it to the GAL, even after I specifically reminded him. When the report came out, I was questionable for not giving the info. Mr. Lang called me 3 times in less than 2 weeks to lament how bad we wou...ld lose the case. It is hard enough to stay positive in family court, imagine a call from someone you're paying who then calls you to tell you how horrible everything is, rather than doing anything to change it? Mr. Lang failed to file critical information with the court, after committing to do do. 2 weeks, not a single motion filed. In contrast, my ex wife had 4 filings in this same time period.
